Then, made some phone calls, found out a “transformer exploded” in a building (it was named and specified to me), which was 3.3 kilometers from here.
Because… transformers do that… whenever there’s a typhoon… they’re perched on the Meralco electric post… like a totem pole … Meralco designed it like that .. for art’s sake… then they get shaken …by the wind …
