There are classes at all levels today August 3, 2011 in Metro Manila but there will be light to moderate rains from now up to 9am, and 1 millimeter per hour of rain, or half the amount of yesterday’s rains, from 9am to 3pm, according to the Department of Education in consult with PAGASA (weather bureau) as reported by DZMM (ABS-CBN)
