At 10:20 pm tonight, the MILF agreed to pull out of the barangays in North Cotabato that it has been occupying for more than three weeks, according to the GRP-MILF Joint Committee for the Cessation of Hostilities, as quoted by The World Tonight, ABS-CBN News Channel. The Committee has been holding meetings this evening.
