just got back, ran some errands, too; it was bright and sunny, you should have seen it; shot a photo of it for you, in case you were cooped up indoors and failed to see it. Everybody needs some morning sun, you can just take a walk if you don’t want to run; just get some sun — especially when it’s been rainy, or dark and cloudy for seven days; we’re like cats and babies that way — we need to be sunned in the morning, it’s good for you!
It’s gone now. Dark clouds enveloped the sky at about 10 in the morning and now you could hear some thunder, i saved this morning’s sun-run for you. well, it’s an air shoe against a background of the sunny place where you can run; it only takes very little time too, run more than 30 minutes if you’re trying to lose weight, or training for an event, or just want a record; then walk more than ten minutes if you’re trying to get thin, or in training, or for your own record. i run 30 minutes, walk ten minutes, then sprint two times, (you don’t have to do any sprint; optional), the sprint is just for the “lung burst”, for lack of a better term, the sensation you get when you feel like your lungs are getting big or being “blown out”. consult a physician first if you’re running for the first time for your heart or lung condition. (the lung burst is like a fix …). it takes very little time, less than an hour; while all of my asanas (when completed and when done slowly) take all of two hours. but the asanas (ashtanga yoga) give you a full range of motions, which you need, plus breathing technique, not available with running.
shot three hours ago; now gone. Gawn. “… They’re not gonna last forever, blue skies and sunny weather, the problem is up to me and you, we shouldn’t be so careless, think of the things we cherish, think of them all gone away…”
