i will fast today.

(don’t ask why.)

Or detox, as Hollywood “celebrityhood” and locals put it — i just call it fasting. lots of water.   wheatgrass.   no mental activity. lots of water (did i already say that…?) no strenuous physical activity. but i can go without food for only  17 hours. big deal. at least i try. wheatgrass is technically food; but…. you know what i mean.

health post for today.

Does fasting work…?  don’t know,  don’t necessarily recommend it to anyone. it’s just that… there’s a monster inside this stomach, it eats big portions the rest of the time — the rest of the time there’s  mental and physical activity….so…  i fast when i’m able to slow down. don’t necessarily recommend it to anyone — get to know your own body.

17 hours is small-time compared to what others do, it’s not really fasting, it’s called… sleeping. okay, i already said no mental activity. photos of reunions later. ayt. xxx

[POSTSCRIPT: ACTUALLY,  i’ve come to thinking — IF YOU COUNT FROM LAST NIGHT, IT’S ALREADY THE TWELFTH HOUR! — i’ll be eating in a few hours! yehey! (my threshold is 17 hours, follow what works for you)… can  that even be called fasting? maybe just  slowing down and quieting up,   just took a 12-hour sleep and will defer breakfast… very big deal for a health post…]
