Ginger broth with green papaya.
It tastes like the local “tinola” or the local chicken broth with ginger, chili leaves, garlic, onions, green papaya, but this one is without the meat! A full taste but without the unhealthy animal flesh. Perfect. [Pero meron syang patis (it has fish sauce though), you can taste and smell it, not too many Filipinos are vegetarian.
