The annotation on the porcelain dish … tells of a Buddhist monk  … called Doseon … of the ancient Kingdom of  Silla …  who travelled  the icy mountains on foot … to find the perfect salad …

— the salad however laced our palate mythically … with sweetness-light-mango-honey-tangy, fresh fragrance and a tinge of grassy breeze of an innocent time.
