already reported it to the hotline 30 minutes ago…

then sent a direct message to @SKYserves ten minutes ago…

then tweeted them five minutes ago …

    To be fair, i was able to talk to the customer agent in less than five minutes of contacting the hotline…

    and their bot DM’ed me back 23 minutes after my message was sent, with the following:  Apologies for the inconvenience. We’ll be sending our team to check your connections within 48 to 72 hours, between 9am to 6pm with job order _ _ _

    it’s a bot, i might as well talk to my toaster, my freezer has more feelings and the washing machine has more sense.
