For Globe Telecom : There is no internet signal at home, the broadband modem is showing a red light, and the settings on the laptop show there is no signal. i’m using my mobile to access the internet (i have a deadline today, i need the internet to research and to write, it’s not easy to write long-form using a small lcd touchscreen keyboard).
Basic troubleshooting has been performed on the modem twice to no avail.
