Lighting tip Number X : Golden Hour in Photography: One hour before sunset (5pm on a clear day) or one hour after sunrise (7am on a clear day)

Lighting tip number X:

       Professional photographers

call the last hour

before sunset

and the first hour

after sunrise

the “Golden Hour

in Photography”.

In this part of the globe,

   that would be,

on a clear day,

between 5pm and 6:45pm (afternoon)

and between about 6:45am

and 7:45am (morning) .

    If you catch the

5pm sunlight

streaming on your face

on a clear day,

take a selfie.

       Shot 13 hours ago

at 5:21pm. Nyeeh.

(didn’t work for me,

i’m sure it’ll work for you)
