…woke up too early and started chaturangas… Heavy downpour for about an hour now just like Ondoy… is everyone safe? Is the NDRMMC monitoring this? Is anyone in the concerned LGU (low -lying areas) awake? Anyone? I have Ondoy PTSD. Anyone? Please?
