As requested by the Office of the Chancellor in yesterday’s group email, this message is being disseminated to concerned members of the UP Community: The UP Covid19 Task Force sent notices this week to faculty members, admin staff, and students regarding booster shots. Kindly check your email or inquire with the college admin officer. The booster shots to be administered this Dec. 11, 2021 are Moderna and/or AstraZeneca. The deadline to register is midnight of December 7, 2021. Fyi.
