UPD Sagip K9 rescue dog, also an emotional support dog, Kotton, sat for a photo in front of the University of the Philippines Diliman “Sunken Garden” 24 hours ago (29 January 2022, 3pm) : Kotton is available for students, faculty, and staff who want a fluffy study/work companion on campus (just contact any of the VC’s or Chancellor’s staff). Kotton is also trained and certified as a rescue dog to look for people by scent when necessary and required.
