In the Philippines, i’ve never met a lawyer who specializes in and could thrive solely on class action suits. In the Philippines, class suit litigation takes decades, respondents are allowed to dribble at consumers’ suffering, this is not encouraging for settlements, good prep expenses out-of-lawyers’-pockets run into millions: The Supreme Court should address procedure problems for the sake of consumers.
