The Future of Remote Learning is AI hologram. For now: Embed the teacher/presenter as live action inset onto the stage of the slideshow. (Addressing social inequities will equalize access to the internet and bring quality education to the most remote areas of the archipelago). Sample vid: Law on Mass Media students learn how to answer jurisdictional questions within 15 min-discussion of the 2022 Rules on Expedited Procedure
(BTW, University faculty Council meeting today Oct10)
When presenting slides, the presenter can embed or inset himself/herself/themselves within the slide or onto the stage of the slideshow so that the presenter does not disappear or is not reduced into a teeny-tiny, tiny obscure, out-of-sight frame while speaking (it’s easy, see sample below).
The presenter can also make the discussion interactive: (snippet of a video below of the Law on Mass Media discussion introducing the judicial system, class members learn how to answer jurisdictional questions within 15 minutes of discussion of the 2022 Rules on Expedited Procedure in the First Level Courts supplementing/superseding other rules on jurisdiction)
The future of remote learning, of course, is the use of AI hologram that can be projected by mobile phone into each and every living room of every class member – this tech is just around the corner:
Addressing social inequities will equalize access to the internet and bring quality education to the most remote areas of the archipelago
For now: Inset your live action frame, immerse, interact, engage. (if by hologram, i can just be sized in-scale to a proportionate two-inch hologram on your desk that you can slap around like a mouse)
Jurisdiction of RTC includes crimes punishable with imprisonment of more than one year prison time; examples are capital offenses like murder, kidnapping for ransom, robbery with homicide, etc. and all other crimes with more than one year prison time like reckless imprudence resulting in homicide, theft, libel, etc..
If your lawyer filed an arson complaint with an MTC judge (for prelim inv), what happens?
Here it is, the hologram, este, er, inset live action frame: The topic is MTC jurisdiction and RTC jurisdiction. For an example of a crime over which the RTC has jurisdiction, see :
