From last month’s undisclosed glitch in the entire system which UP ITDC could not resolve: UP ITDC complied with my request at 5:30pm today, I will defer the filing of a complaint. UP ITDC should also change the practice of refusing to answer their office landline even during office hours, and resorting instead to an answering machine which is as slow in bringing about results; UP ITDC members also refuse to give their complete names in an official transaction. Due to last month’s undisclosed glitch in the UP webmail system, and when the SIM Reg Law is implemented, I foresee a UP webmail Armageddon (unless UP ITDC is able to resolve last month’s glitch). I will institute my own measures tomorrow in anticipation of this.
