For @SkyServes i’m in DM chat now, useless questions like error code being asked it has been the same as before for all loss of signal: The Sky cable TV spontaneously conked out of signal about 30 minutes ago or at 2:28am today. Basic troubleshooting done, useless. Autoscan done, zero channels. All cables, plugs, connections have been checked including those outside the door, all are attached, still no signal. There was no physical movement in or around the digibox or cables here no wind or physical or energy disturbances whatsoever. This is happening from your end or the poste, not from the house or the cables outside the door. Pls report it to your Engineering Department right away instead of delaying it any further. Pls restore the signal asap.
