Postscript to a previous post (i looked it up po for you) According to Experts: If you’re not 60 and up, not immunocompromised, with no comorbidities, not a medical frontliner, you are not advised to get a 2nd booster at this time: Layers upon layers of boosters not recommended if you are healthy because you need to weigh the potential side effects of additional boosters such as inflammation of the heart tissue . (Just continue practising health and safety protocols even if it is being discouraged by big business, and government officials at the beck and call of big business, in their bid to increase foot traffic, consumer spending, profits).

“(A) second booster is recommended for certain people at high risk of COVID-19 disease. Experts, however, aren’t comfortable with a strategy of simply adding booster after booster of the same vaccine.
“(A)ny incremental benefit of a second booster has to be weighed against the potential side effects, which include inflammation of heart tissue, especially for younger people receiving the Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna vaccines, and the risk of blood clots for people getting the J&J shot. That means continuing to boost every four months or so with the same vaccines isn’t a sustainable way to confront COVID-19, especially if the virus continues to mutate.”
In other words, if you’re healthy, you can afford to wait for more data (and maybe, a better version of the vaccine intended for the most recent dominant variants) rather than risk the potential side effects of additional boosters after your first booster. Not yet — okay.
