There is no record that the SECOND WRITTEN CASE DIGEST ASSIGNED to class members with said pseudonyms, were SUBMITTED. It is way past the deadline. Faculty members are now computing the grades — the University gave the faculty a deadline non-compliance with which deadline has consequences. Maging fair po tayo. As stated in class many times, non-submission of the written case digest will mean non-posting of the points for the presentation – equivalent to a loss of from 20pts to 25 pts.
