Our staff apprised me @SkyServes that our Sky cable TV is gone at 4:47pm today. Troubleshooting performed, autoscan executed, wires and poles checked, all useless. There has been no disturbance or movement – this is happening from your end, pls refer to your Engineering Department right way instead of wasting time by sending a tech team not authorized to check the poste (pole), Pls restore the cable now.
