The normal BMI is between 18.5 and 24.9. However, some health experts emphasize that aside from having a normal BMI, one should also measure fat to muscle ratio or body composition.
don’t know what my fat to muscle ratio is, probably still okay but no more eating bad carbs like donuts.
Measuring fat to muscle ratio requires a specific device. You can also go to a gym and ask for advice on how to measure it.
In the meantime, a normal BMI would be good.
(then work on gaining muscle rather than fat)
