A word of advice from health experts and running experts: Holding a camera phone to film yourself while running is unhealthy, unsafe, incorrect, bad running form. So… what i would do with that advice is … to choose a safe, flat track dedicated to running with very few cars on one lane only, and to vlog-run for 60 seconds or so, then resume CORRECT running form. Vlog-running is to motivate you to run and to motivate others. If the result is to motivate you to run, then go ahead — bearing in mind healthy and safe practices.
