September undisclosed glitch entire system UP ITDC could not resolve: UP ITDC complied with my request at 5:30pm today, will defer complaint. UP ITDC should change practice of refusing to answer  office landline even during office hours, resort to answering machine which is as slow in results; UP ITDC members also refuse to give their complete names in an official transaction. Due to last month’s undisclosed glitch in the UP webmail system, and when the SIM Reg Law is implemented, I foresee a UP webmail Armageddon (unless UP ITDC is able to resolve last month’s glitch). I will institute my own measures tomorrow in anticipation of this.

Ang payo ko po ay: Kung hindi nyo po magagawa ang trabaho nyo, kumuha po kayo ng abogado para tulungan kayo magsulat ng reply sa reklamo na isasampa, o kaya naman, baka ho mas madali kung gawin nyo po ang trabaho nyo ngayong araw.
