       The solicitor general has threatened the NTC that should it issue a provisional authority and permit to operate to ABS-CBN consistent with the order given to it by Congress, that NTC would be subjected to an anti-graft complaint. Congress will open tomorrow.
      The NTC has every mandate under constitutional law as ordered by Congress to issue the provisional authority and Congress has every authority to sanction any party or entity defying the order under constitutional law. (i will detail it in a bit)
        We keep watch so darkness will not prevail, in a few hours, in fourteen thousand four hundred seconds of freedom.

       There is every hope that one day everywhere we will go out and sing with open faces and open hearts — on every street, in every shop, store, restaurant, plaza, parkway and alley
