The Freshest from the Sea at

Mariscos los Arco

Family Seafood Restaurant

of Restaurateur-Chef

Alfonso Perez, California

Fresh tamarindo(from real tamarind fruits), fresh horchata (milked from a special kind of long grain rice flavored with natural cinnamon), and a surprisingly refreshing freshly brewed ice-cold Jamaica flower tea (hibiscus cold tea) –– all expertly made by the carefully chosen and supervised staff of the Mariscos los Arco family seafood restaurant of restaurateur-chef Alfonso Perez and his beautiful businessminded wife Karina Alfonso, introduce us to the freshest seafood this side of America, prepared in the authentic Mexican way.
The appetizer made from freshly picked avocado, very finely chopped onions, tomatoes, cilantro for their signature ambrosial  guacamole, alternating with Mexican salsa picantes, both as dips for the Mexican tortilla chips bring to the palate the best of authentic Mexican cuisine.
And now, the entreés: The oysters on clean shells on a bed of ice are fresh, succulently fleshy, and bring the sweetness of the sea – with your choice of squeezing lemon wedges on each, and topping it with either hot chili sauce or salsa picantes.
The ceviche de pescado – fresh raw white sole fish marinated in fresh lime juice, finely chopped garlic, cilantro, yellow chili, and secret ingredients, compare to the best raw fish dish in any part of the world.
And now the chef d’oeuvre of talented hazel-eyed chef-restaurateur Alfonso Perez: the Mariscada — a big serving of the seafood platter of marinated Mexican sea bass fillet, diced abalone, scallops, octopus, big shrimps, finely chopped onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, cilantro, on a thin bed of soft long grain rice, grilled and cooked in white wine and a secret marinade —

test the best paella of Europe in flavor and aroma, with the Mariscada winning by its large portions of delectable seafood.
The Mariscos los Arco family seafood restaurant is a real sumptuous discovery in this vast valley of California, accessibly located at 14038 1/2 Victory Blvd., Van Nuys, 818-902-0892 and at 6846 De Soto Ave., Canoga Park, both in California, USA, with the charming Perez couple warmly welcoming each guest.

With restaurateur-chef Alfonso Perez’s fine culinary talent and meticulous choice of the freshest ingredients, it can be safely concluded that Anthony Bourdain of “Parts Unknown” is the Alfonso Perez of America “Parts Freshest”.
