Yoga at the Dojo

Yoga at the Dojo, located at the heart of the city, in Cubao, on   10th avenue. corner P.Tuazon, across SM mall Cubao, behind Shakey’s Pizza Parlor (stay on P.Tuazon until you already see SM mall or Shakey’s Pizza, then turn on 10th avenue, it has a sign that says Aikido house).

On my second day of class, my morning ashtanga yoga teacher Isla Rosete  taught me the rest of the poses that i’ve never executed before because they were difficult. That was the day when i begged off from executing an easy pose,  sitting-on-your-heel-through-your-perenium because it was one of those days when that pose was uncomfortable. Then… she taught me the poses i’ve never done before.

….this is one of them. shot on the fourth day of class (today), in the office.

tomorrow na lang, the sandman is here (sleepy), morning yoga class restores my circadian rhythm.
