          In the same manner, the President can exercise his prerogative right now over the police and find out what’s going on over at the Makati city hall: Check if the CA order is regular and valid, and if so, tell your men to stand down.
        That’s prerogative. However, he can also choose not to lift a finger and let the regular bureaucracy take its course: Let the DILG Secretary, the DOJ Secretary, and the PNP Chief continue with what seems to be a “standoff” based on media reports.
         Yun po ang ibig sabihin ng prerogative: pwede nyang utusan nang diretso ang mga pulis pero siya ang may pananagutan.
