WHY do the 75% of the  commuters & motorists on Q Av sacrifice so the 25% could occupy 75% of the road so they could get ahead of everyone else? It’s like Philippine society — those who obey the law and observed the rules are trampled upon by those who violate the rules because there is no government enforcing the law…
