Yes, the “breaking news” yesterday was, we won, by poledancing, non-dancers all. Details:  the required theme was OPM pop  (original Filipino pop music). the first part of our dance was about the rousing rallies protesting the state u budget cuts; the main dance, the poledancing,   to the tune of the swirling “Ikaw Pala’y Salawahan” [rough translation: “your cheating heart” or “you’re unfaithful” or “Insensitive” was about, brace yourself … Noynoy (President) and all the women he had “loved”! it was Lou’s idea, not mine, don’t look at me!!! (and that’s why we won the contest!), and the last part was about the unity achieved among media workers and the academe in the “Stop Killing Journalists” campaign.
