If the PNP excludes the media from the booking process in Camp Crame — it’s the same legal opinion as stated in the audio file below: [now ANC further refined its report: he was booked in Sandigan and will be booked again in Camp Crame.(this is the problem when the news media is kept in the dark by the Court, the public gets tidbits from tidbit-reporting of reporters who have to rely on second-hand information; the Court has to find a way of providing access at the same time regulating any expected shoving from photographers)]
