At the Malacañang live press briefing a few minutes ago, PNP Supt. Oscar Albayalde, upon being asked whether the Resorts World Manila gunman was a foreigner, answered: “Yes… probably a foreigner… because he is big and white”.  

    Definitely a foreigner: a polar bear.

     The PNP superintendent should be more specific, there’s a full-body-shot photo of  the suspect;  efforts to establish his identity should be a priority.

    It’s been 12 hours, the internationally most sensational crime in Metro Manila has not been solved.
