Breaking News, first posted at 6:55pm: The MRT broke down at the Ortigas station a few minutes ago, stranding hundreds of commuters at this morning’s rush hour. As of posting time, passengers are walking precariously on the railroad track. Authorities said the stalled MRT carriage will be towed. (based on a report of GMA News- DZBB)
