      We climbed up to a plateau and exhilarated in the view … then walked to a grassy knoll under the trees, with cool breeze, chirping birds and the scent of  citrus fruits  … and yoga teacher Amabile Dyer inspired us to curl and stretch to our yoga poses … and to express gladness and thanks for the love and affection of family and friends, and for our time here on the mountains at O’Melveny Park in the hills, mountains, 

and the Valley of  Los Angeles County in California.
