“Day of Valor” (Araw ng Kagitingan). twittering

It’s the commemoration day of what used to be called the “Fall of Bataan” or  the “Death March”, now called “Day of Valor”. Maybe later i can post one of the hero poses. Oh, i could just grab some photo in the internet and post it here, but this blog  makes an effort to post all-original photos;  other people’s photos of poses are used only so you could compare, i might not be executing properly. The thing about original photos is producing it yourself, so it’s possible only if you make time; maybe the reclining hero’s pose.

Did you know that most of  the warrior poses and hero poses are either “heart-openers”, like offering up your heart to the sun or the sky; and  “step-forward-stance-arms-raised poses” (for lack of a better description); not bowing down or bowed down poses and not twisting or twisted poses. Of course! (wait, let me verify whether there are any warrior or hero poses that are bowed down or twisted…i don’t think there are but let me check)
