i thought they meant the same thing– bring “A” closer to “B” has the same result as bring “B closer to “A”; but i guess you meant the means (motion); but if you move the elevation of the shoulders, bring them down to ground zero, the knees move closer… i’m messin’ with you – thanks for this!
Correction: “Bring your knees closer to your shoulders” not the other way around. :-p
