(Updated) Ninoy Aquino assassination (View: reporter’s raw footage, one continuous unedited tracking shot, “arrest” on the plane to assassination on the tarmac)

This video clip has been shown and viewed millions of times for decades in the news media… But you might see something that everybody else had missed.

Ninoy Aquino assassination, August 21, 1983, video uploaded in YouTube by journalist  Jim Laurie in 2010 (View the reporter’s raw footage: one continuous unedited tracking shot, from the “arrest” on the plane to assassination on the tarmac). The tracking shot starts at 1:29 of the uploaded video, handheld, no cuts from that point).

Based on public records storified by interaksyon.com: The military escorts, 16 soldiers of the Philippine Air Force Aviation Security Command (Avsecom) were convicted by the Supreme Court in 1990 for the murder of Sen. Ninoy Aquino.

One of them, former PAF Avsecom Master Sergeant Pablo Martinez, executed an affidavit in 1994 while in prison.

The following could be gathered from the affidavit and from other public records as storified by interaksyon.com:

1.Martinez confessed to being personally recruited by former Avsecom deputy commander Col. Romeo Ochoco for the Aug. 21 special operations and for bringing Galman to the airport to kill Ninoy.             (blog admin’s note: The Avsecom was under the command of Custodio and Olivas who were under the command of  then AFP Chief of Staff Ver who was under the command of Marcos)

2.He also stated that a)Col. Ochoco, b)PC Brig. Gen. Romeo Gatan and c) Nueva Ecija businessman Gosuico, assigned him to bring Galman to the airport.

(blog admin’s note: Col. Ochoco  was under the command of Ver and Marcos, Brig. Gen. Gatan, being a PC, was under the command of Ramos, then of Ver and Marcos; Gosuico was a businessman. These meetings could have easily been verified by records of the Carlston Hotel and by eyewitnesses).

3)Gosuico was identified by witnesses at the Agrava Fact-Finding Commission as a known associate of Danding Cojuangco.

4)Witnesses also tagged Gosuico as one of four men who fetched Galman from San MIguel Bulacan on Aug. 17, 1983.

5)Convict Pablo Martinez also confessed that he and Galman were briefed by Col. Ochoco and businessman Gosuico on the plan to assassinate Ninoy and provided them with the revolvers in the evening of Aug. 20, 1983.

6)In the morning of Aug. 21, 1983,  Anna Oliva with whom Galman has a relationship, and her sister Catherine were brought to Carlston Hotel to have breakfast with Galman. The two women disappeared on Sept. 4, 1983 when armed men picked them up. In 1988, their remains were found in a sugar cane field in Capas, Tarlac. Militiaman Raul Pacheco said that in 1984, soldiers told them to bury the bodies in that field.

7)Gosuico was also identified by Galman’s son and stepdaughter as one of two men who fetched their mother, Galman’s commonlaw wife, Lina Lazaro, in 1984. She was never seen again after that.

8)Avsecom deputy commander Col. Ochoco disappeared in 1986 after the EDSA Uprising and when the Sandiganbayan ordered a re-trial.

9)In 2007, the soldiers who were convicted for the Aquino murder were released on pardon by Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.

10)On May 7, 2014, convict Pablo Martinez was killed after being hit by a car during his regular bike ride on Roxas Boulevard. The driver of the vehicle, a certain Henry Roque, is presently at large and can no longer be contacted.

11)Avsecom deputy commander Brig. Gen. Gatan and businessman Gosuico are already dead. Col. Ochoco cannot be found.

blog admin’s note: 1.personalities identified with the administration of former President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, 2.the government lawyers who asked for the reopening of the case and who campaigned for the pardon of the convicted, and 3.personalities and institutions  identified with the Marcoses: all continue to propagate the theory that Galman killed Ninoy Aquino on the tarmac.

The courts had relied on the forensic evidence to convict the accused.

From 2006-2007, the  groups foisting the Galman theory tried to present a well-funded and well-produced “reconstruction” of the murder. Because Galman was shorter in height than Ninoy Aquino, and he was on the tarmac and Ninoy Aquino was on the stairs, an elaborate experiment was made (to show the estimated distance, speed of the bullet, scenarios for trajectory based on position of the body, etc) to support the Galman theory. This was presented as evidence during the campaign for the pardon of the convicted.

It’s 2015. View the raw footage again, which is the conclusive documentary evidence of the murder. Again, this has already been reviewed by thousands of experts, frame by frame, millisecond by millisecond.  but you might see something that millions of viewers and thousands of experts had missed.

CLOSE YOUR EYES AND LISTEN TO THE AUDIO AND PLOT IT ON THE TIMELINE.

Here it is: At 2:40: the last photo of Ninoy Aquino while alive (freeze-frame of the video), image of his back. He is being held by the arm by soldiers on both sides through a crowded door, then the stairs. Close your eyes and listen. At 2:43, the shot that killed Ninoy rang. It’s three seconds from the last photo. At 2:44-2:45, a woman inside the plane screamed. At 2:47, shots from long firearms.

     Here it is again:

2:43 the audio of the shot that killed Ninoy Aquino (from a handgun, a revolver)

2:44-2:45 audio of a woman’s scream from inside the plane

2:47 audio of shots from long firearms

[the Sandiganbayan, based on the tape recordings, concluded that 1) the sounds of the footsteps stopped at the 11th step of the 20 steps of the staircase; 2)the words “Ako na” “ako na” “Pusila!” “Pusila!” were uttered by the soldiers; 3)the gunshot followed).
