More than 350 regular faculty members from assistant professors to full professors  of the University of the Philippines Diliman convened as the University Council five hours ago to resolve proposed changes in the “general education” program (or liberal education required of all students) of UP Diliman.

   Photo below shows a 7-year old gifted child who earned his M.A. degree recently to qualify as assistant professor, preparing his proposed amendments to the resolutions. He however left for home early, before the voting started,  due to “lack of material time” on his part, as Channel Animax’s “Young Kindaichi” was about to start.
