For Globe Telecom @talk2Globe : No internet at home for more than 24 hours now, my Globe broadband modem is showing a red light, i’ve performed basic troubleshooting to no avail. i sent you a DM 10 minutes ago. No response. i called up your hotline, got only automated prompts, left a message via number prompts. Please restore the internet connection as soon as possible.
