Breaking: Posted at 4pm : ABS-CBN goes to the Supreme Court for a TRO. Very good & substantive. NTC order issued without a hearing (due process). Basic. Basic as A-B-C. (Hopefully, the Supreme Court sees the urgency of the petition. On its face, you can see right away that the NTC violated the right to due process — on its face.).

Class members of the Law on Mass Media class took this up in the first and seventh  meeting of the semester (summarily shutting down a media organization without a hearing. Any of our law on mass media students can discuss this.)
