#atm 8:24am Duterte is on Live now. The Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) and the Kapisanan ng mga Brodkaster sa Pilipinas  (KBP) require a PG rating (Parental Guidance rating) of any and all live coverage. No PG rating right now.  Even live television basketball (amateur and professional) has a PG rating. Exhibit “A”: Nagmumura na siya (He is letting out  expletives at the moment). No one is blipping the cuss words, television executives and staff  still asleep😴 — but the kids are not, they’ll mimic the threats, words of violence,  and cursing  without parental guidance. … 8:55 am Okay, CNN Ph now, 8:55am, put an SPG rating (strict parental guidance) . On GMA News,  ABS-CBN, and ABC 5 still no rating po.
