      Note for Reporters: “released for further investigation” is like a Dismissal on Inquest. Check who attended the Inquest. If no medico-legal and no first-hand  presented on Inquest, it will be ordered “for further investigation” , which is similar to a dismissal upon inquest. It goes to preliminary investigation while the respondents walk  scot-free.
