Instructions given to me after the Moderna booster shot: 1.No heavy lifting for several days, this includes no pressups, no chaturangas, no pushups, no workout except moderate going-around, kung ayaw mo sumunod, it’s really up to you, sinasabi ko lang naging experience ko, 2.No alcoholic beverage for 14 days (this instruction was detailed: 14 days! gosh! so cruel), 3.No running for several days. i wasn’t given these instructions during the 2nd shot — i did all those, it was followed by arm muscle spasms that felt like it might lead to paralysis or injury, and stomach spasms, headache, etc (see graphics for details). i’ve been given instructions — we’re all learning (see graphics below for details).
