For @SKYServes I’m in a DM chat w ur agent,  her reply “Sorry taking longer to reply”.  Yesterday tech team finished work, result still NO SIGNAL (40 hours no signal now), due to maintenance by Engineering Dept. After update 2 u yesterday, ur reply: ““This has been escalated to the concern group. We will keep you posted once there will be an update.”. Q: Has this been escalated to the concerned group? Yes or no? NO SIGNAL 40 hours now, pls restore signal.
