Bayan was the lead party in that injunction case — a first for the alliance on the constitutionality or unconstitutionality of an act (you have no idea how many weeks and days and hours of internal debate, edits, finalization, etc. that went thru). Bayan was joined by several other petitioners represented by other law groups. for the oral arguments, i chose criminal jurisdiction for bayan, all the rest handled the validity of the ratification of the VFA)]
O sige na nga — para hindi mapahiya ang ating kawawang judge, the court could deputize the custodians and constitute the holding cell into an RTC Detention facility for this case para hindi tayo mukhang kawawa, that’s the graceful way out of this judicial embarassment in the meantime that the Liberal Party has not scrapped the VFa.
