quote “Work is suspended tomorrow (blog admin’s note: this memo is for U.P. Diliman only) so that everyone can prepare for the arrival of typhoon Peping. The Office of the Vice Chancellor for Community Affairs and the UP Diliman Ondoy Task Force, recommend the following plan of action:
