Breaking: Posted at 4pm : ABS-CBN goes to the Supreme Court for a TRO. Very good & substantive. NTC order issued without a hearing (due process). Basic. Basic as A-B-C. (Hopefully, the Supreme Court sees the urgency of the petition. On its face, you can see right away that the NTC violated the right to due process — on its face.).
