parts of Cavite: Bacoor, Kawit, Rosario, Tanza;

in parts of Occidental  Mindoro: Abra de Ilog, Mamburao, Sablayan;

in  Mariveles, Bataan;

and in Bgy Dampalit of Malabon;

due to rains brought by the southwest monsoon winds (habagat) being pulled in by Typhoon Henry.
