this message was received in the email at the start of the year, blog admin keeps forgetting to post it: Stats from the publisher of this blog, the WordPress administrators (thanks thanks) who said: 51,000 views in 2010. WordPress said it was a “Wow” in its health meter; and compared the number of views of the blog to the number of visitors looking at the Taj Mahal. (i didn’t bother to check the stats computation/ algorithm, i just published their email here, they’re the statisticians… )
(being compared to the Taj Mahal — geez, i think many of the visitors of this blog get here by mistake or chance, so it’s really undeserved to be compared to….one of the eight wonders of the world, right? …. don’t mind me, i’m just like this when i’m distraught and the keyboard is being flooded with tears…sniffles). Thanks, thanks, thanks to all the viewers of the blog, i hope i can personally meet each and everyone of you…
Here it is, 51,000 views a year (51,000 over 365 days) means that even if there was no post for a particular day, the blog was getting stats in the 3 figures for that day, i.e., it was in the 3- digit-row everyday regardless of whether or not there was a post.
