Local free TV has been dominated by entertainment programs (teleseryes and showbusiness shows) from 2pm to 7pm and from 8pm to 111:30pm, that the move to fill a portion of that vacuum (the 10pm gap) on the part of ABS-CBN, thru Bandila, is brilliant and welcome move.
