a one-legged standupper, a pose, a first at the police station

it was the fourth cut, she kept flubbing the “how” part of the news story, or how the crime was committed…

so i said: “take a deep breath.” she did.

keep quiet for five seconds. she did.

“Relax”. She relaxed. By folding one leg and leaning it on the chair. A one-legged standupper. Pinabayaan ko na (we just let her be) because anyway it was a medium shot, the viewers would not see her entire posture, and it was the only way we could get her to relax.

Good. She did it! She finished the story. also did a standupper “pose” that was a  first.
